In addition to training employees, we consider it very important to introduce a program of non-material incentives. The use of this type of stimulation provides the perception of each employee as part of a team in which hierarchical structures are erased. Recognition for each employee the right to have their own voice and their role in achieving the success of the company allows each employee to open up and show their abilities. And for some employees, the opportunity to prove themselves overshadows all other motivational techniques. Encouraged and grateful employees are ready to take on more responsibility in the future, which contributes to the development and promotion of the employee within the company. It turns out that the concepts of "motivation" and "development" are more closely related than it seems at first glance.
